La Concha with Silver Slipper Unisex Softstyle T-Shirt

The La Concha Motel opened in 1961 on the Las Vegas Strip and was designed by pioneering Black architect Paul Revere Williams. La Concha means “seashell” in Spanish; resembling the wavy edge of a clam shell. Today the La Concha Motel lobby building serves as The Neon Museum Visitors’ Center and is listed on the Nevada State Register of Historic Places.
